Thank you for shopping with Ahiree LLP (“Ahiree”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We work closely with artisans to bring you handcrafted sarees and artisanal products. As most of our products are handmade and unique, minor variations in colour, weave, and finish are natural and not considered defects.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only in the following cases:
Defective or damaged product received.
Wrong product, size, or design delivered.
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as “change of mind”, “do not like the colour”, or “minor variations in shade/texture” that are inherent to handcrafted products.
The following items are non‑returnable:
Products purchased during clearance/final sale.
Customised, altered, fall‑pico/stitched items.
Gift cards or vouchers.
2. Return Request Window
You must raise a return request within 3 (three) days of receiving the order.
An unboxing video and clear photos of the defect/damage and outer packaging are mandatory for considering any return or claim.
Requests raised after 3 days from delivery may not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Products
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Include any complimentary accessories, blouse pieces, or add‑ons received with the product.
Be free from stains, odours (including perfume/deodorant), and damage caused after delivery.
We reserve the right to reject a return if these conditions are not met and to send the product back to you.

Please pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the product is verified as defective/damaged or a wrong item was delivered:
We will bear the reverse shipping charges or reimburse reasonable courier charges (on submission of courier receipt), as applicable.
For any other approved return scenarios (if allowed at our discretion):
You will bear the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the order are non‑refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
On approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days:
To the original method of payment, or
As store credit/coupon, where applicable or if you choose this option.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI/store credit after you share valid details.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Where possible, we may offer:
Exchange for the same product (different colour/variant), or
Exchange for another product of equal value.
If the new product is of a higher value, you must pay the price difference; if lower, the balance may be provided as store credit at our discretion.
If a suitable exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be provided as per this policy.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 4–6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier, by contacting us on email or WhatsApp.
For prepaid orders, a full refund (excluding any non‑refundable payment gateway charges, if applicable) will be initiated on successful cancellation.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may then follow the return process (if eligible under this Policy).
9. International Orders (if applicable)
At present, we do not accept returns for international orders except in cases of wrong or damaged products.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid by you are non‑refundable.
